Mel is Founder & CEO at Delightful Communications, a B2B Technology Marketing Agency based in Seattle. For over twenty years, he’s been on a mission to help brands and their leaders be more discoverable, shareable, and memorable. He lives on Bainbridge Island with his wife Ashley, who runs the operations for Delightful, their two fierce daughters, and an assortment of pets and wildlife.
During this conversation Mel shares how he has grown his team from a few team members to a team of over 30. He shares the importance of branding, creating a set of principles for the business, and the importance of optimism when growing your team.
