Vanessa Arias (she/her/hers) is a customer-centric leader with 8+ years of experience in non-profit, for-profit, and mission-driven start-up environments. She holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology and is studying for a Master’s in Strategic HR with a DEI concentration. Vanessa is a proactive, goal-driven team player who champions inclusive engagement and individual betterment. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and performing acts of service with loved ones.
