We’re always excited to meet certified executive coaches who take high ownership, are flexible, and who are genuinely excited to build something alongside us. The right person brings:
- A certified coaching credential from an ICF-accredited program
- Real experience coaching founders, executives, or senior leaders
- A strong point of view on leadership, teams, and culture
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- The ability to hold both empathy and accountability in the same room
- A deep belief that personal transformation and business outcomes are connected
- Low ego. High integrity. A bias toward ownership.
- Bonus if you bring experience with startup or venture-backed companies, leadership and team development programs, assessments, or organizational and systems thinking.
